To start you must complete the introductory matwork course. This will provide you with a good base knowledge of Pilates before using the Reformer. The fee for the 10 private lessons on the Reformer is $500.00 + HST.

GRAVITY Gravity(GTS) is Pilates with resistance. Gravity has all of the advantages as when using the reformer but in a different format.   The are more than 150 Pilates evolved exercises using legs, core and arms.

The complete Gravity System includes strength training classes, a unique approach to Pilates, personal training and post-rehabilitation conditioning. All delivered by GTS, a device that engages all muscle groups and encourages funtional exercise for any age group by using an individual's body weight as resistance against gravity.  Functional exercise is a technique that recreates movements performed in the course of everyday life, thus improving performance.   Able to adjust at nine different levels of resistance, GTS facilitates more than 250 strength training, stretching and Pilates exercises.

Pilates Plus offers lessons on Gravity to clients one on one. After participating in a 10 lesson package of privates on the GTS you can continue to use the machine on your own for a rental fee of $15.00 per hour + HST. TREADMILL Cardio exercise is a great pairing with the Pilates method. This being said it is not always easy to get in that cardio workout. Many choose to walk or run but in the winter that is not so enjoyable outside. Pilates Plus is now offering on site Treadmill rental. The treadmill comes with many options such as a weight loss programme, hill climb, rolling, etc. It is capable of speeds up to 10 miles per hour and will incline up to 10 degrees. There is a TV and satellite receiver for use as well as an ipod docking station(of course these have to be kept to low volumes during classes). The treadmill is now available for use on a monthly basis. The fee is $20.00 per month + HST for as many uses as you can squeeze in. Each use is based on a 1/2 hour.
